Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • In its original packaging if possible

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Items marked "final sale"
  • Items damaged by the customer

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at contact@bellerafashion.com with your order number
  2. We will send you return instructions within 24-48 hours
  3. Ship the item to the address provided
  4. The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Item

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@bellerafashion.com with a photo. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or a full refund.
