How do I place an order?

Add the desired items to your cart, then follow the payment steps. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is validated.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact us quickly at contact@bellerafashion.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to modify or cancel it.

What are the delivery times?

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery within metropolitan France then takes 5 to 8 business days.

How can I track my order?

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number to locate your package in real-time.

How do I return an item?

You have 14 days after receipt to return an unworn item with its tags. Contact us at contact@bellerafashion.com to initiate the return.

When will I be refunded?

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and all payment methods offered at checkout. All transactions are secure.

Is my bank data secure?

Yes, all transactions are encrypted via the SSL protocol. We do not store any bank data on our servers.
