General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the commercial relations between Bellera Fashion and its customers.

1. Orders

Any order placed on bellerafashion.com implies acceptance of these GTC. We reserve the right to refuse any order in case of stock or payment issues.

2. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included. Bellera Fashion reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of validation.

3. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. The estimated delivery time is 10 to 18 business days depending on the destination. A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment.

5. Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from receipt to return an item. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with their tags. Contact us at contact@bellerafashion.com to initiate a return.

6. Legal guarantees

In accordance with French law, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects.
