2. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all sales concluded on the website bellerafashion.com between Bellera Fashion and any consumer (hereinafter "the Customer") residing in France or in the European Union.

3. Orders

Any order placed on our website implies acceptance of these GTCS. Bellera Fashion reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute, invalid payment, or insufficient stock. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been validated.

4. Pricing

Prices displayed are in euros (EUR), all taxes included (TTC) for customers in the European Union. Bellera Fashion reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, the applicable prices being those in force at the time of the order.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. We accept the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and any other method offered at checkout. Transactions are secured via Shopify Payments.

6. Delivery

Processing times: 48 to 72 business hours after payment validation.

Standard delivery: Chronopost, 5 to 8 business days – Free.

Express delivery: DHL, 3 to 5 business days – 15€.

Important: Orders are shipped from Morocco. Customs duties or import taxes may be applied by your country's customs authorities. These potential costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU consumers)

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU and the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day period from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@bellerafashion.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days after receipt to return an item (excluding personalized or hygiene items). The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, with its tags. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the return, via the original payment method.

9. Legal Guarantees

In accordance with European law, all our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects.

11. Dispute Resolution

12. Applicable Law

These GTCS are subject to French law for consumers residing in France, and to applicable European law for other EU countries.
